Scheduling and Designated Arrival Time

  • A Scheduled appointment time is different from a designated arrival time. Designated arrival time is 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time given by staff. Designated arrival time is primarily used for check-in at the front desk and any preliminary procedure of a treatment session if applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their scheduled appointment and designated arrival time. Failure to comply defers to the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We require 24 hour prior notice during a business day for a valid canceling/rescheduling. is valid. Failure to comply results in non-refundable payment for the designated treatment including initial consultation. Canceling/rescheduling an appointment via voicemail, social media message, and email is not valid. This policy also applies to No Shows. No Shows are clients who do not show up to their appointment the day of the appointment. No Shows also apply to clients who show up to their appointment 15-30 minutes past their designated arrival time. No Shows will lose the treatment session and payment is non-refundable. Clients are welcome to call ahead to notify staff of late arrival. It is to the staff’s discretion to allow the late arrival. Please understand staff will attempt to accommodate you as we understand unforeseen circumstances happen BUT we must respect the appointments of all clients.

 

Photograph Policy

  • We utilize photographs for documentation of treatments and marketing purposes. For marketing purposes, we can accommodate filtering out/shading client’s eyes/Identifying markers to protect their social media presence upon request.

 

Payment

  • Payment of the respective treatment session or initial consultation is due at the time of scheduling. We accept all major credit card vendors and cash. Cash transactions must be conducted for in-person scheduling. There is $150 required to schedule for the initial consultation. The $150 is for the services rendered during the initial consultation. The $150 will be applied to the client’s payment plan towards their customized treatment plan upon scheduling future treatment sessions on the day of the initial consultation. The $150 is non-refundable under the following circumstances; 1. Client fails to comply with the cancellation policy. 2. Client chooses to schedule the treatment sessions the day after their initial consultation. 3. Clients choose to cancel their treatment sessions after scheduling them.
    • There is a credit card surcharge percentage fee.
    • Prices are subject to change without providing prior notice
